Below is some suggested wording that you can use in your will:
For a Fixed Amount:
"I will give to Zoocheck Canada Inc. of 788 1/2 O'Connor Drive, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M4B 2S6, the sum of $ ____________ to be used in such a manner as the Board of
Directors of Zoocheck Canada Inc. shall, at its discretion, determine."
For a Percentage of the Estate:
"I will give to Zoocheck Canada Inc.
of 788 1/2 O'Connor Drive,
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M4B 2S6, ________% of my estate to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of Zoocheck
Canada Inc. shall, at its discretion, determine."
For the Residue of the Estate:
"I will give to Zoocheck Canada Inc. of 788 1/2 O'Connor Drive, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M4B 2S6, the
rest and residue of my estate to be used in such a manner as the Board of Directors of Zoocheck Canada Inc. shall, at its
discretion, determine."
